Quality was good and price was good. Not really 3x9 pillar candles.  On: 2010-01-06I ordered the 3"x9" pillar candles as we needed them for a wedding. However they are actually 2.8 inches and although that sounds like a small amount it makes a difference and they do not fit in the candles holders that we are suppose to use them in!! I have a message into candlemart and hope they will be responsive in a prompt manner. review-candle On: 2008-03-30The white pillar candle I ordered was very nice, and the price was great! It came in a very carefully wrapped and padded container so there was little chance of damage. Quite a bargain On: 2007-07-30I needed a white candle to make a unity candle out of, and this was the best quality, best value candle that I found on line anywhere. Will be back for more items for other occasions. Obviously, they arrived in perfect shape. We used them for about 5 hours at the wedding and they only burned down maybe an inch in the center, so they must be good quality candles. Good Packaging On: 2004-03-09Not much to say about candles, other than I was a little worried about ordering them online since if they were packaged poorly they could easily break in shipping. No worries, though, I ordered 3 and they came wrapped in bubblewrap and were securely sitting in the box in packaging thats molded to their shape. No foam-popcorn packaging here. Ill definiately order more from Candlemart in the future. The candles are high quality, though -- I edit this comment in after some experience with other candles. The burn time on these has been pretty incredible. Also, the 3 inch wide variety seem to burn down in a "cup", which is to say, the wax melts in the middle and leaves the outside edges standing, which is to say, you wont have to worry about wax dripping down. Im sure thats why these have such long burn times, as well. Ill definiately order more from Candlemart in the future. |
