On: 2010-01-28This Six Inch Tall Pure Beeswax Pillar Candle - Unscented, didnt burn. I had hopes for some hours of nice light, but the flame burned very low when I lit it. The wick did not create a high flame, and later when I checked it, it had simply burned out. I tried to relight it, but the wick had burned down without creating enough heat to melt the wax. The melted depression in the wax at the top of the candle was about 1/4" deep and 1 1/4" across. Not much for the costs involved. Incidentally I was given some Beeswax Tapers from Bluecorn Naturals. Those have burned excellently, and even though seeming pricey they burn very satisfactorily. |
